Counties Manukau Touch Association Representative Programme
The Counties Manukau Touch Association (CMTA) Representative Programme exists to provide a clear, supportive, and high‑performing pathway for players, coaches, referees, and whānau across our region. Built on collaboration, development, and excellence, the programme brings together four dedicated Panels — Leadership, Coaching, Referees, and Junior — each playing a vital role in delivering a quality representative experience from Tamariki through to Masters grades.
Our structure ensures that every part of the programme is planned, coordinated, and delivered with purpose. The Leadership Panel provides strategic oversight, programme administration, tour management, and cross‑panel coordination to ensure consistency and alignment across all grades. The Coaching Panel leads musters, trials, team selections, and coach development, ensuring our teams are supported by capable and well‑prepared coaching staff. The Referees Panel develops, supports, and allocates referees for all CMTA representative events, maintaining high officiating standards and clear development pathways. The Junior Panel focuses on Tamariki and Junior engagement, musters, module collaboration, and the growth of our youngest players and volunteers.
Together, these Panels form a connected system that upholds fairness, transparency, and integrity across all activities. From planning and communication to people development and event delivery, the CMTA Representative Programme is designed to create meaningful opportunities, strengthen community connections, and showcase Counties Manukau pride on and off the field.
Whether you are a player, coach, referee, manager, or supporter, the CMTA Representative Programme provides a pathway to grow, compete, and represent our region with excellence.
